We’re based in the Lake District’s far Eastern fells – Simply one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! We’ve good transport links and there’s a range of accommodation options close by from campsites and hostels to hideaway cottages and even country house hotels with a Michelin Star restaurant.
Iconic places such as Helvellyn, Ullswater, Aira Force and even the spot that inspired Wordsworth’s famous “daffodils” poem are on our doorstep. We’re well placed for exploring the rest of the Lake District (if you fancy a climb up a little hill called ‘Scafell Pike’) so you’re really spoilt for choice. We’re also well within striking distance of the Pennine’s, Howgills, Yorkshire Dales and Southern Uplands of Scotland.
